Apr 17 – Today: ORGANIZATION FOR THE PROMOTION, PROTECTION AND PROGRESS OF THE FROGANS TECHNOLOGY (Technological SDO – Standards Developing Organization –)

Head of local branch development

  • Established Beijing branch and expanded company presence in China, hiring local team and securing offices. Navigated complex administrative processes and regulatory requirements to set up new legal entity. Adapted processes and best practices to fit local culture.
